Delivery

We offer a flat shipping rate of £4 via Royal Mail on all orders weighing up to ten kilograms. If you are ordering in bulk and/or for wholesale, please get in touch with us so we can arrange the best shipping or collection method with you.

Wholesale Delivery and Collections

Monroe Brands sells to wholesalers across the country so please do get in touch with us if you are purchasing product for resale. Delivery and/or collections for large orders will be arranged separately. 

Returns

Monroe Brands wants you to love cooking, eating, and drinking our products as much as we do. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns on perishable goods due to the nature of the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can email us at info@monroebrands.com.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@monroebrands.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

If your refund request is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and processed the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
