NOMU Rubs - The 101

Last week we launched some new Rubs all of which are some of NOMU's best selling flavours - Beef, Lamb, Moroccan, and Garam Masala. We also thankfully are now back in stock of the Coffee, Roast, and Seafood rubs. The UK has just loved these ones and we completely sold out! We have found that when people first try a rub they want advice on how to use it. The good news is that once someone tries it, the NOMU Rubs oftern then are called "game changers!" Our best advice is to first and foremost, experiment. Last week I used the NOMU Coffee Rub in a Tomato and Black Bean Soup (will share recipe in next post). It may sound like an odd combination but even more oddly, my 5 and 7-year old were licking their bowls! The lesson is that any of the rubs can be used for any food groups. Have fun! Our second NOMU Rub tip is to take 1 tablespoon of your chosen rub, mix it with some olive oil, and then literally, rub it in. We just love how easy it is to 'gourmet everyday' with NOMU!
